If you're not satisfied with PY Marketing AI, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason. This applies to new subscriptions and to renewals (monthly or annual).

How to request a refund

Our order process is handled by our online reseller Paddle.com, which processes all refunds. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at oluwaseun.oke@pyconcepts.com and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the Billing page. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are also subject to Paddle's refund policy.
