Who we are
PY Concepts LLC operates PY Marketing AI and is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: oluwaseun.oke@pyconcepts.com.
Not for patient health information
PY Marketing AI is a marketing tool for practices. It is not designed to receive protected health information (PHI), and users agree not to enter it. Lead details your practice chooses to record (such as a name, contact and service of interest) are processed on your practice's behalf and under its instructions.
What we collect and why
- Account data — name, email, sign-in credentials, organization and role: to create your account and provide the Service (contract).
- Content you enter — briefs, drafts, campaigns, review comments, inbox replies and leads: to provide the Service (contract).
- AI prompts and outputs — sent to our AI provider to generate drafts and compliance checks (contract).
- Usage and device data — IP address, browser, pages used and audit logs of actions: for security, fraud prevention and improving the product (legitimate interests).
- Support messages — to help you (legitimate interests).
- Product updates — occasional emails about the Service; you can opt out any time (consent or legitimate interests).
Who we share it with
- Service providers that host and run the Service (cloud hosting, database, AI processing, email).
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
- Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
- Authorities where required by law.
We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 12 months after, and audit logs for as long as needed for security and legal obligations. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under U.S. state privacy laws), you may ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to opt out of marketing. Email oluwaseun.oke@pyconcepts.com; we'll respond within 30 days. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls that separate each practice's data, role-based permissions and audit logging to protect data.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and run checkout. We don't use advertising cookies on this site.
Changes
We'll post updates here and notify account holders of material changes.
